Does Quiet Lift sync across devices?
No, and it's by design rather than a missing feature. Quiet Lift stores everything locally on your phone with no account and no cloud, so there's nothing to sync. If you switch devices, your history stays on the old one.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the app. Since everything is stored locally, uninstalling Quiet Lift permanently removes your workout history along with it. There's no separate account or server copy to clean up.
Is my data private?
Yes. Quiet Lift has no analytics, no ads, and no third-party tracking of any kind. See the Privacy Policy for the full details.
What devices does Quiet Lift support?
iPhone, running a recent version of iOS. Quiet Lift isn't currently optimized for iPad.
